BCBS239 Framework

A Dutch D-SIB bank, requested the preparation of their BCBS239 On Site Inspection with the evidencing and remediation of any potential findings, ensuring compliance with the BCBS239 standards.

What did we do?

• End-to-end analysis of the value chain in scope of the OSI
• Valuation of the BCBS239 compliancy from report to source
• Identification of the issues and burning platforms (e.g. missing/wrong data model and lineage documentation, missing automation, incomplete business process documentation, ineffective data governance, manual interventions and processes)
• Definition of the remediation actions: fix issues through BaU or tactically remediate issues and/or plan for upcoming changes to structurally comply
• Creation of the evidence in preparation of the OSI

• OSI inspection has been passed successfully
