Ik ben opgegroeid met computers en technologie, dus een IT-studie leek mij een logische keus. Toen ik bij een bank werkte, was ik gefascineerd door alles: data werd gecre\u00eberd, gemanipuleerd, verplaatst, gewist, via talloze processen en systemen… Maar er was meer, want vermogensbeheerders, pensioenfondsen, priv\u00e9banken manipuleerden allemaal data op hun eigen manier. De volgende stap lag voor de hand: consulting. Door internationale projecten realiseerde ik me dat verandering alleen werkt en impact heeft als het begint met een visie op data, business en IT. Dus werd ik Enterprise Architect en dat is wat ik sindsdien doe. <\/p>\n

During this time, I was seconded for a year in the New York office with the local finance team, which was a great experience both from a professional and personal perspectives. After that spell I started my own one-man consulting business for several years, focusing on finance, risk and ESG change projects. Mijn carri\u00e8re begon bij Rabobank, waar ik naast mijn studie als student werkte. Ik behaalde een bachelordiploma in wiskunde en een master in kwantitatieve financi\u00ebn. Daarna vervolgde ik mijn loopbaan bij Rabobank als trainee risicomanagement en vervulde later diverse rollen in risico- en verandermanagement. Deze ervaring gaf me een solide basis in de financi\u00eble dienstverlening, met meer dan 20 jaar expertise. Gaandeweg realiseerde ik me dat mijn passie ligt in het aansturen van (veranderings)projecten op het snijvlak van bedrijfsrisico, financieel risico, data en analytics. <\/div>\n

Een belangrijke les die ik gaandeweg heb geleerd, is dat richting belangrijker is dan snelheid<\/i>, verandering is onvermijdelijk, maar het is cruciaal om in het juiste tempo te beginnen. Deze denkwijze bracht me naar de consultancy sector en in 2025 ben ik bij Mount Consulting komen werken. Ik ben enthousiast om deel uit te maken van het team en bij te dragen aan zowel de groei van het bedrijf als aan betekenisvolle, blijvende verandering voor onze klanten. <\/div>\n

Ik ben mijn carri\u00e8re begonnen als consultant en ben dat sindsdien gebleven. Ik begon bij Deloitte, ging vervolgens naar ABN AMRO, werkte bij verschillende kleinere adviesbureaus en deed ook ervaring op als zelfstandig consultant. <\/div>\n

De afgelopen jaren heb ik voornamelijk in de financi\u00eble dienstverlening gewerkt, waar ik aan uiteenlopende projecten heb gewerkt en deze heb geleid. Van IT-selectie en -implementatie tot data- en datakwaliteitsbeheer, en van ERM-implementaties tot projecten op het gebied van wettelijke rapportage. <\/div>\n

Wat motiveert mij? Samenwerken met teams van specialisten en experts op het gebied van financi\u00ebn, risico, data en IT om complexe uitdagingen succesvol aan te pakken. Die combinatie van uitdagende opdrachten en bekwame collega’s maakt het werk voor mij interessant. <\/div>\n

In 2020 ben ik afgestudeerd aan de Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i Universiteit in Istanbul met een bachelordiploma in Bedrijfskunde. Na bijna een jaar als Sales Operations Specialist in de telecommunicatiesector te hebben gewerkt, ben ik overgestapt naar het vakgebied van financieel risicomanagement, waar data, financi\u00ebn en consultancy samenkomen. Mijn carri\u00e8re begon als consultant en zette zich voort als senior consultant gedurende een periode van drie jaar, waarbij ik werkte aan projecten op het gebied van regelgevende liquiditeit, vermogens- en schuldbeheer, hedge accounting en marktrisico. Ik heb met veel plezier als consultant gewerkt en banken ondersteund bij het transformeren van hun bedrijfsvoering om de effici\u00ebntie, besluitvorming en compliance te verbeteren. <\/p>\n

Om mijn horizon te verbreden, ben ik in 2024 naar Nederland verhuisd om een \u200b\u200bmaster in Bedrijfskunde \u2013 Strategie te volgen aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Na mijn afstuderen in 2025 ben ik in januari 2026 bij Mount Consulting in dienst getreden als Senior Consultant. Ik streef ernaar om met een strategische aanpak en financi\u00eble expertise bij te dragen aan de projecten van Mount. <\/p>\n

Ik richt me nu op strategische transformaties binnen het CFO- en CRO-domein. Ik heb mijn bachelordiploma Diergeneeskunde behaald aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Tijdens een tussenjaar na mijn afstuderen besloot ik van carri\u00e8repad te veranderen en ontdekte ik dat mijn interesses verder reikten dan de diergeneeskunde. <\/p>\n

Ik vervolgde mijn academische carri\u00e8re met een masteropleiding in Arbeidsgezondheid en Duurzaam Werken aan de Universiteit Maastricht. Studeren in een internationale omgeving wakkerde mijn passie voor HR aan en voor het werken met mensen met verschillende achtergronden. <\/p>\n

Na het afronden van mijn masteropleiding ben ik mijn carri\u00e8re begonnen in HR en recruitment, waar ik waardevolle ervaring heb opgedaan in beide vakgebieden.<\/p>\n

Naast mijn passie voor mensen heb ik altijd een grote liefde voor reizen gehad. Dit bracht me ertoe mijn carri\u00e8re tijdelijk stop te zetten en bijna een jaar door Zuidoost-Azi\u00eb te reizen. Ik keerde terug met hernieuwde energie en een frisse blik, klaar voor mijn volgende professionele avontuur. <\/p>\n

Bij Mount werk ik als HR- en recruitmentmanager, met als focus het aantrekken van nieuw talent en het ondersteunen van onze medewerkers gedurende hun loopbaan binnen het bedrijf. Daarnaast ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de marketingactiviteiten van zowel Mount Consulting als Mount Analytics. <\/p>\n

Bij Mount richt ik, net als in de afgelopen 20 jaar bij andere adviesbureaus, mijn adviesvaardigheden op het CFO- en CRO-domein van organisaties in de financi\u00eble sector, en meer specifiek op het op elkaar afstemmen van beide functies om de prestaties te verbeteren.

Mijn interesse in de financi\u00eble sector werd gewekt toen ik midden in de financi\u00eble crisis begon met mijn studie Bedrijfskunde. Na het behalen van mijn masterdiploma (International Financial Management) was een carri\u00e8re als business consultant in de financi\u00eble sector een logische keuze. Als business consultant richtte ik me voornamelijk op projecten binnen de domeinen CRO en CFO, wat me na vijf jaar ertoe aanzette mijn kennis van de financi\u00eble markten te verdiepen. Ik besloot over te stappen naar de treasury-afdeling van een Nederlandse bank. Ik heb enorm genoten van de verschillende treasury-taken, maar toen ik de energie en dynamiek van projecten begon te missen, besloot ik mijn kennis in te zetten bij Mount Consulting. Bij Mount focus ik me op vraagstukken binnen het treasury- en ALM-domein om ervoor te zorgen dat we vanuit dit businessperspectief end-to-end oplossingen voor de waardeketen leveren aan onze klanten. <\/span><\/div>\n

Na een zeer inspirerende reis door Japan, waar ik me onderdompelde in de levendige cultuur, volgde ik een hoog aangeschreven masteropleiding in Finance & Investments aan de Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Mijn academische loopbaan omvatte het werken met complexe financi\u00eble modellen, casestudies die mijn analytische vaardigheden aanscherpten en mijn persoonlijke interesse in financi\u00eble data-analyse verdiepten. Na mijn afstuderen ging ik op zoek naar functies waarin ik mijn brede scala aan vaardigheden en persoonlijke interesses kon combineren. Met een sterke affiniteit voor de financi\u00eble dienstverlening en een oprechte passie om anderen te helpen, richtte ik mijn zoektocht op mogelijkheden in de adviessector, wat me uiteindelijk naar Mount Consulting heeft geleid. <\/p>\n

Bij Mount wil ik mijn analytische vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen en een kritische denkwijze aanleren door middel van praktijkgerichte projecten die duurzame oplossingen voor onze klanten opleveren. Ik kijk ernaar uit om persoonlijke groei en kennis te bevorderen in het dynamische en unieke financi\u00eble advieslandschap hier bij Mount Consulting. Vanaf dag \u00e9\u00e9n was het duidelijk dat ik enorm veel plezier beleef aan de uitdagingen die komen kijken bij het beheren van de balans van een bank binnen alle wettelijke en andere kaders. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

In de afgelopen decennia heb ik veel van dergelijke uitdagingen het hoofd kunnen bieden, in een leidende of participerende rol bij diverse strategische projecten met betrekking tot de herinrichting van het operationele model of grootschalige IT-implementaties bij Rabobank.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Bij Mount Consulting zal ik me richten op het aanpakken van vergelijkbare strategische uitdagingen, met een focus op treasury\/ALM en kapitaalmarkten, voor onze huidige en potenti\u00eble klanten in de financi\u00eble dienstverlening.<\/span> <\/span>
